Do I need any tools?
No, we have lots of tools and equipment that have been donated or puchased, you are welcome to use them. We also have a stock of common items that need replacement such as batteries, plugs and fuses, plus essentials like glue, sewing thread, etc. If you prefer to use your own tools and equipment, that’s fine too.
Do I get paid?
All our volunteers give their time freely with no financial remuneration. However, working in conjunction with Chorley Council each volunteer receives Tempo Time Credits in recognition of their contribution. Credits can be exchanged for days out, shopping, entertainment or online offers.
